KeyLogic Systems has purchased Morgantown, West Virginia-based forensics and identity management services provider CrossResolve for an undisclosed sum in a push to expand the former™s biometrics service offerings.
KeyLogic said Wednesday it plans to leverage CrossResolve™s relationships and contracts in support of federal agencies such as the FBI and the departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
Valerie Evanoff, founder of CrossResolve, will also join the KeyLogic team as a strategic partner to perform advisory duties and continue to provide strategic guidance to clients in the area of biometrics.
œThe acquisition of CrossResolve and its unique offering of biometrics and identity expertise will further strengthen KeyLogic™s capabilities in those areas, said KeyLogic CEO Jon Hammock.
The deal came a year after KeyLogic named J. Kevin Reid, former assistant director of FBI™s IT infrastructure division, as national security vice president and chief information officer.
