KBR (NYSE: KBR) has assumed control of a joint venture with U.K.-based construction and facilities management provider Carillion after the latter announced insolvency in January.
KBR said Thursday that it closed the acquisition of Carillions interest in their Aspire Defence joint venture without causing disruption to operations and delivery of services.
