John Mengucci, chief operating officer at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), has been elected to serve as president, CEO and board member of the company, effective July 1.

As COO, Mengucci oversees CACI’s business development, operational policies, human resources and recruiting, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and other corporate functions.
He previously served as president of U.S. operations at CACI with responsibility for the company™s main business groups as well as federal, state and local markets.
Prior to CACI, he worked at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) where he served as president of information systems and global solutions for defense and civil product line.
