Greene will succeed Ken Crews, who will leave the company on Feb. 20 to focus on other pursuits, Northrop said Thursday. Crews will remain as CFO until Greene officially assumes the role, providing advisory support to ensure a smooth transition. Greene will report directly to Northrop Chair, President and CEO Kathy Warden.
“John is a seasoned finance executive with a distinguished record of global leadership and deep experience across complex, highly regulated industries,” said Warden. “He has consistently managed strategic capital deployment, operational discipline, and shareholder value creation. We are excited to welcome him to Northrop Grumman and look forward to his leadership as we navigate a dynamic market with significant opportunities for growth,” added the nine-time Wash100 Award winner.
