Jennifer Felix Joins ASRC Federal as EVP, COO; Mark Gray Quoted

Jennifer Felix, a more than two-decade government services industry veteran, has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer at ASRC Federal.

She will oversee the company™s business operations, client execution and growth initiatives in her new role, ASRC Federal said Tuesday.

Felix is a certified public accountant and brings to the role over 25 years of experience in business operations, finance, integration and strategy, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and organizational change management.

She held senior leadership roles at several GovCon firms, including Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), Vencore, General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and Sotera Defense Solutions. She sits on the board of the March of Dimes™ greater Washington chapter.
