Jennifer Ewbank, a national security and intelligence expert and a two-time Wash100 Award winner, has joined Oracle’s new Strategic Advisory Group for Government, Defense and Intelligence.
She announced her new role in a LinkedIn post Thursday.
“I’m eager to contribute my experience to support Oracle’s efforts to modernize government missions, accelerate data-driven decisions, and outpace evolving threats,” she wrote. “There is real opportunity here to shape the future of digital advantage across the US government.”
In her new role, Ewbank will work alongside Kim Lynch, executive vice president at Oracle and also a two-time Wash100 winner.
“So thrilled to be collaborating and supporting mission together,” Lynch commented.
Jennifer Ewbank’s Career Highlights
Ewbank is a former deputy director of the CIA for digital innovation, a role she held for over four years. She was in charge of the development and integration of digital and cyber capabilities across the agency to support mission needs, including cyber operations, data and artificial intelligence strategy, and open source data collection.
She left the CIA in January 2024, after over 28 years of service, to join the private sector.
Ewbank also sits as a board member for the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation, darknet data and intelligence provider DarkOwl, intelligence and national security technology company RealmOne, cybersecurity firm Hilltop Technologies, Analysis and Resilience Center for Systemic Risk and GovCon Different.
