Oak Ridge, Tenn.-based data management and analytics company IIA Technologies has acquired Morgantown, W. Va.-based information technology consultancy KeyLogic Systems for an undisclosed sum.
The combined firm will have more than 600 professionals who can support government clients in areas such as cloud and high-performance computing, cyber and machine learning, IIA Technologies said Thursday.
KeyLogic also brings 40 PhD-level subject matter experts to the new entity.
Jon Hammock, CEO at KeyLogic, said the merger will allow both companies to accommodate larger projects and help customers address cybersecurity, enterprise data management and energy security requirements.
IIA maintains a portfolio of analytics, data management, high-performance computing and science and technology information platforms and service offerings to the federal sector.
