IDA Secures Potential $951M Contract for DoD Research, Analysis & Test Services

The Institute for Defense Analyses, which currently operates three federally funded research and development centers, has received a potential $950.6M contract to provide various support services to the Department of Defense.

Washington Headquarters Services awarded the contract covering research, analyses, test and evaluation support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, combatant command and other defense agencies, WHS said in a FedBizOpps notice posted Wednesday.

IDA operates as a nonprofit corporation and helps the U.S. government manage the Center for Communications and Computing, the Science and Technology Policy Institute and the Systems and Analyses Center.
