John Wasson, chairman, president and CEO of ICF, told ExecutiveBiz in a recent interview he expects the acquisition to expand the company’s government information technology service offerings.
“The federal government is working around the clock to fund and make that happen. I’d say we’re in the third or fourth inning of the technological shift and we can bring our unique deep domain expertise to help them accelerate the process,” said Wasson, a two-time recipient of the Wash100 Award.
The Fairfax, Virginia-based consulting firm said Monday its workforce adds 270 Creative employees with experience working with cloud technology products from Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT), Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) and ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW).
ICF, which first announced the transaction Dec. 13, projected the acquired business to generate $60 million in 2021 revenue.
