Integrity Applications Inc. has adopted the name Centauri following its combination with Xebec Global and Dependable Global Solutions.
Centauri, led by former IAI CEO Dave Dzaran, aims to integrate multiple technology platforms in a push to help defense and intelligence agencies perform national security missions, the company said Tuesday.
“Over our 20-year history, we have had the opportunity to provide solutions to some of the government’s most exciting missions, and throughout that time, we’ve continued to focus on innovation and agility,” Dzaran told GovCon Wire.
“This rebranding is intended to show our customers that we are a broader, more capable company that is better equipped to solve their toughest challenges.”
Chantilly, Va.-based Centauri plans to significantly invest in efforts to develop space, cybersecurity and intelligence offerings for the government sector.
Announcement of the newly formed brand came nearly 14 months after Arlington Capital Partners acquired IAI and revealed its plans to merge the latter company with Xebec.
IAI purchased Dependable Global Solutions in August of last year.
