Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) has won a potential 10-year, $323.9M contract to provide x86 processor capacity services to the Defense Information Systems Agency.
DISA set a $770K minimum guarantee on the indefinite-delivery/indefinite“quantity, firm-fixed-price contract and will allocate $675K of the guaranteed amount for the initial delivery order, the Department of Defensesaid Tuesday.
HPE will perform work at multiple DISA-operated data centers within and outside the continental U.S., as well as and other authorized global locations where the agency may gain an operational responsibility.
The contract has a 60-month base period with an additional five years to extend work.
The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization received six offers for the contract that contains five base years and an additional five one-year periods that would extend work through Dec. 18, 2028.
