Honeywell International (NYSE: HON) has joined the list of awardees on a potential $409 million contract to research and develop thermal, power and controls technologies for future U.S. Air Force platforms and engines.
The Defense Departmentsaid Friday Honeywell will perform work under the Next Generation Thermal, Power, and Controls program — a multi-government agency and industry effort that seeks to roll out new technologies by 2024.
