Hathiant has acquired SJ Technologies, a provider of advanced federal technology services. The acquisition combines both organizations’ strengths and offerings, expanding capabilities and resources to better meet customer needs, Hathiant said Monday.
“Hathiant and SJ Technologies share a commitment to integrity, innovation, and mission-driven excellence,” commented Vishal Hathiramani, CEO of Hathiant. “By bringing these two companies together, we are creating a platform that doubles our size and capabilities while preserving the values and culture that have made SJ Technologies successful. This acquisition enables us to better serve our clients, provide new opportunities for employees, and expand our impact across the federal sector.”
What SJ Technologies Brings to Hathiant
SJ Technologies, founded in 2009, specializes in delivering mission-critical software, applications, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and design, IT modernization, and DevSecOps services to federal agencies. The company said on its LinkedIn profile that it has primed $100 million in federal contracts across civilian and defense agencies.
Karen Lawton, former CEO of SJ Technologies, said company employees work with customers to drive value and deliver “transformative solutions, putting mission first.”
“Hathiant shares our innovative culture and customer focus, helping to bring more opportunities to our team, and accelerating growth, and together we will continue to help improve mission value,” she added.
