The General Services Administration has awarded University of Dayton a potential five-year, $350M contract for enterprise product support engineering services to the U.S. Air Force.
GSA announced the EPSE IV indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award in a notice posted Thursday on FedBizOpps.
The university will provide personnel, materials, host system, management and other services intended to help the Air Force demonstrate enterprise applications and standardize approaches to accelerate transition of multiple weapons sustainment technologies throughout the life cycle.
Focus areas listed in the notice are chromium-free and cadmium-free alternatives; paint and de-paint; reliability and maintainability; engines, corrosion/coating; manufacturing; non-destructive inspection;low observables; rapid technology assessments; composite repairs; energy; and sustainment.
Work will take place at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
