Grant Hagen, formerly senior vice president of business operations at Huntington Ingalls Industries‘ (NYSE: HII) Technical Solutions division, has been named president of the segment’s cyber and electronic warfare business group.
He succeeds Terri Walker-Spoonhour, who led the group on an acting basis and will continue in her full-time role as HII Technical Solutions’ chief operating officer, the company said Monday.
The military shipbuilder credited Hagen with leading acquisition-related business integration efforts within the division and helping the company establish a center of excellence for unmanned systems.
His career also includes various positions at HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding business and Raytheon.
Andy Green, president of HII Technical Solutions and a three-time Wash100 awardee, said he is looking forward to seeing what the group can accomplish under Hagen’s leadership as the company continues its efforts to transform business operations and accelerate national security programs.
