Georgia Tech Applied Research Corp. has secured a potential 10-year, $910.6 million contract to support the U.S. Army‘s efforts to research and develop aviation and missile systems.
The Defense Departmentsaid Thursday that GTARC will provide systems research, engineering and science and technology development support to the service branch’s Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center.
GTARC is expected to finish contract work by Jan. 18, 2028, and the service branch will determine locations and funds upon issuance of each order.
The Army Contracting Command received one bid for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract via an online solicitation.
