General Dynamics Unit Named Prime in State Department-Cleared $210M Stryker Vehicle Sale to North Macedonia

The State Department has named General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) land systems business as the prime contractor on a potential $210 million foreign military sale of Stryker armored fighting vehicles to North Macedonia through a government-to-government transaction.

The FMS request covers 54 Strykers including the platform’s M1126 infantry carrier, M1129 mortar carrier and M1130 command variants, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency said Tuesday.

Other items included in the proposed sale are the Common Remote Operated Weapons Station, GPS navigation and communications systems, M6 smoke grenade launchers and M2A1 .50-caliber machine guns.

DSCA noted that General Dynamics Land Systems would manufacture the ground vehicles at a company facility in Ontario, Canada.
