Josh Salmanson, a former NCI vice president, has been named chief architect and vice president of the business development and operations business at ECS. He will support ECS’ efforts to transform platforms for the government and commercial sectors and brings 25 years of business leadership, sales and technology experience to his new position, the company said Thursday.
Josh has demonstrated phenomenal insight and strategic skills throughout the course of his career, said George Wilson, president of ECS and 2019 Wash100 Award winner.
Salmanson previously served as VP of software architecture at NCI and before that he was chief technology officer of converged cyber and physical security at Parsons. He spent nine years at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), where he worked as CTO and director of solution architecture for the former information systems and global solutions unit.
