Fluor‘s (NYSE: FLR) federal solutions business will continue to help the U.S. Navy manage installations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s southeast area of responsibility under a six-month, $24.1 million contract modification.
The modification exercises an option of a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for base operations support and brings the contract’s potential value to $302.1 million, the Defense Departmentsaid Wednesday.
Work will occur through December 2018 and covers support for port operations, facility investment, base support vehicles, equipment and environmental programs.
The Navy will obligate $19.5 million on individual task orders for recurring work.
