Empower AI has won a potential five-year, $255.4 million recompete contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency to continue providing enterprise IT support services for the Pentagon and the National Capital Region in support of DISA’s J6 service delivery mission.

What Is the Scope of the DISA Contract?
Empower AI said Tuesday the DISA J6 Service Delivery recompete contract has a one-year base period and four option years.
Under the award, the company will continue serving as an enterprise IT service delivery partner supporting DISA J6’s full-service delivery portfolio. It will apply automation, performance management processes and industry best practices designed to improve service delivery, reduce manual workloads, accelerate issue resolution and lower operational costs.

What Is Empower AI?
Empower AI is a Reston, Virginia-based federal technology contractor that provides AI and data, IT service management, application development, engineering and integration, infrastructure modernization and mission support services for defense and federal civilian agencies.
According a justification and approval notice published on SAM.gov in June 2025, DISA awarded Empower AI a bridge contract to continue providing enterprise IT services in support of the J6 Service Delivery requirement. The contract includes Tier II deskside and remote support, end user training, customer relations management and wireless services.
