DynCorp International has won a potential eight-year, $93.8 million contract from the U.S. Navy to support various Defense Department missions in South and Southeast Asia and Oceania.
DoD said Wednesday that the company will help department components facilitate humanitarian aid, civic assistance, minor military construction and contingency programs to support exercises and other initiatives located in the Philippines, Cambodia, Timor-Leste and other countries in the region.
The contract contains a base period, seven option periods and a six-month service extension period.
DynCorp is scheduled to finish work in December 2024.
The Navy received two bids for the contract via the internet and obligated $332, 660 from its fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance contract funds for the contract™s mobilization period.
