DynCorp International will continue to help Naval Test Wing Atlantic maintain aircraft and subsystems for the U.S. Navy under a $104.1M contract modification.
The service branch exercised an option under a previously awarded contract for logistics and maintenance work on NTWL-managed aircraft and support equipment, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
DoD noted the Navy will obligate $13M from fiscal year 2020 operations and maintenance funds; $47.2M from working capital funds; and $921,844 from research, development, test and evaluation funds.
The company initially received a $106.2M contract from the branch in late 2016 to support maintenance of rotary, fixed, lighter-than-air and unmanned aircraft platforms.
Work under the modification is scheduled to conclude work in March 2021.
