Draft RFP Issued for CBP Training Management System Requirement

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is requesting industry feedback on its preliminary solicitation notice for a potential 10-year contract to procure an enterprise training and resource management system with support services.

CBP said Friday in a draft request for proposals that the agency will conduct a full and open competition to identify an ETMS vendor and subsequently issue a single indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award.

Interested vendors can submit responses to the draft RFP until Aug. 2.

The estimated $48 million contract will have a five-year base period slated to begin in January 2024, followed by a three-year option and an additional two-year extension.
