TTS Contract Details

According to a notice published on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System Thursday, the firm-fixed-price contract is estimated to be valued at $100 million. It is expected to be awarded in the fourth quarter of 2025, while the anticipated completion date is July 31, 2026.

Under the contract, the selected company will provide support services in line with the CBP’s IT modernization efforts. This includes the utilization of emerging technology to enhance the federal law enforcement agency’s mission and business operations.

The contractor is expected to develop new approaches that enable the CBP to achieve its strategic goals. This may involve identifying pilot programs and scaling them to ensure long-term or sustained impact.

Furthermore, the company will assist the Office of the Chief Technology Officer in providing guidance to customers of the Office of Information Technology regarding the use of emerging technology to boost their objectives and operations. It will evaluate the performance of IT services’ ability to meet the requirements of the agency and support the CTO’s technology portfolio by providing secure and reliable IT services and advanced capabilities.

The contractor must develop approaches that address the dynamic and interdependent needs, objectives and constraints of the stakeholders. Lastly, the company needs to adhere to Department of Homeland Security and CBP Enterprise Architecture standards, IT implementation practices and governance.

Booz Allen Hamilton is the incumbent contractor.
