The Defense Intelligence Agency awarded Groundswell, previously Collabralink Technologies, a 10-year, $205 million contract to replace its human capital management platform with a novel automated system.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract was granted to Groundswell out of six competitive offers received by the agency, according to a notice posted Tuesday on SAM.gov.
