GTSS 3.0 is anticipated to have a ceiling amount of over $100 million and DHS expects to issue a solicitation for the planned multiple-award BPA by the end of May, according to a notice published Tuesday on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System.
The GTSS 3.0 BPA covers emergency management of natural and manmade disasters, border security support, planning for national security events, critical infrastructure protection, immigration and customs enforcement, situational awareness, maritime security and law enforcement missions.
The department expects the procurement vehicle to provide geospatial technical expertise in the areas of program and project management, system engineering and lifecycle support, geospatial information management and support, data management, enterprise and technical architecture and operations and maintenance.
Seven small businesses hold spots on the GTSS 2.0 vehicle. They are Ardent Management Consulting, ASET Partners, Digital Cloak, Innovative Computing Applied, MHM Innovations, Quiet Professionals and StrongBridge.
