Sullivan wrote that Dell Technologies has provided agencies options in order for them to “achieve the balance of on-premises and public clouds” backing their digital modernization efforts and an example of that is the APEX Flex on Demand offering.
“APEX Flex on Demand allows customers who are buying compute, hyper-converged, converged or storage solutions to acquire what they need today while giving them some flexibility for what they may need or may not need tomorrow if or when they move workloads between on-premises and public clouds,” he explained.
“APEX Flex on Demand allows us to ship everything they need for today’s necessities on-premises, and those costs are reduced as agencies move workloads off those assets and into a public cloud,” he added.
Sullivan also stated how Dell Technologies could help government customers “align the financial structure with the value that agencies get from the technology and how they plan to use it” through a consultative relationship and collaborative partnerships.
