HTSI has offices in Colorado, Ohio, Maryland, Illinois and Mississippi. Its clients include the Missile Defense Agency, the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force.
Duff & Phelps and Holland & Knight respectively served as financial and legal advisers to HTSI on the transaction, while Latham & Watkins acted as DC Capital’s legal adviser.
