DC Capital Partners has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Huntsville, Alabama-based system engineering company Hill Technical Solutions Inc . aimed at helping expand the latter's customer base and support work in the government sector.
The private equity firm said Thursday HTSI, led by Stacey and Brad Hill, works with defense customers in areas such as hypersonics, cybersecurity and modeling and simulation.
HTSI has offices in Colorado, Ohio, Maryland, Illinois and Mississippi. Its clients include the Missile Defense Agency, the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force.
Duff & Phelps and Holland & Knight respectively served as financial and legal advisers to HTSI on the transaction, while Latham & Watkins acted as DC Capital’s legal adviser.
