Who Is Maj. Gen. David Hall?
Maj. Gen. Hall is a proven senior executive and strategic leader in multi-site, multi-functional and dispersed environments. As deputy commanding general for Army National Guard at Army Transformation and Training Command, he is responsible for supporting National Guard integration into Army technology transformation, working with Army and Department of War leadership to accelerate modernization and transformation efforts.
He previously served as the J8, programs and requirements, for the National Guard Bureau. There, he oversaw programming, future capabilities, requirements and innovation across the Guard for both the Army and Air National Guard.
