The Department of Defense said Monday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract provides for up to 9,859 AN/ARC-210(v) radios and ancillary equipment necessary for system installation. The tactical radios will be installed in over 400 airborne, seaborne and land-based systems, including mobile and fixed platforms. These are intended to support the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Army and other government agencies. The contract will also fulfill obligations to foreign military sales customers.
Work for the firm-fixed-price contract, which was not competitively procured, will be done at the company’s facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The project is slated for completion in September 2026.
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division in Patuxent River, Maryland, will not allocate funds at the time of award; instead, funds will be assigned to individual orders as they are issued.
