Wilbon will lead the newly formed Innovation and Market Research division while Hunter will oversee capture functions, CNSI said Wednesday.

In his new capacity, Wilbon will be responsible for an in-house incubator laboratory that will focus on designing, testing and implementing new platforms for the health care technology provider’s current and future customers.
His private sector experience has included leadership roles at IBM Watson Health, Optum and BW Consulting. Earlier in his career, he worked as deputy secretary for operations at the Maryland Department of Human Resources and as chief operating officer at the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services.
Patricia Hunter
Hunter previously served in capture management positions at IBM Watson Health and General Dynamics Information Technology, as well as led business development functions at EDS and CGI.
CNSI noted its two appointees jointly bring more than five decades of experience across public and private sector health programs.
