Chenega’s security services segment has transferred to a new headquarters facility in Chantilly, Va., as part of efforts to accommodate business growth and boost operational performance, GovCon Wire has learned.
The company designed the HQ facility to increase its ability to provide security services to the government sector.
According to Chenega, the facility has a Security Technology Integration Lab, where personnel can test and validate platforms for enterprise network application, as well as on-site and distance learning areas.
The Chantilly office also houses a center for excellence for emergency management, electronic security systems, firefighting, law enforcement and physical security.
“Our new headquarters is a physical reminder of our past and current success, and a testament to our confidence in the future ahead,” said Tim Lamb, president of Chenega's security strategic arm.
The organization led by Lamb works with defense and federal civilian customers.
