Changeis has received a task order to help the Federal Railroad Administration manage agency operations and programs.
The order awarded under a blanket purchase agreement will support FRA in efforts to implement railroad safety regulations and policies, administer grants for national rail network development and conduct technical research and development projects, the company said Tuesday.
Brian Pickerall, a senior vice president of Changeis, said the company will apply its program management experience to support the agency’s rail safety and development initiatives.
Arlington, Virginia-based Changeis is an 8(a) certified woman-owned small business that offers enterprise technology and mission support to federal agencies such as the departments of Transportation and Homeland Security and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
