CACI International (NYSE: CACI) completed the acquisition of three companies in October for approximately $105M as part of efforts to expand its strategic capabilities in technology and mission areas.
CACI said Wednesday the acquired companies are mission technology firms Next Century, Linndustries Shielding Specialties and Deep3.
Next Century provides predictive analytics, machine learning, data fusion and geospatial mapping support for the Department of Defense and the intelligence community, while Linndustries offers hardened systems to provide protection from electromagnetic interference.
Deep3 delivers data analytics, cybersecurity, application development and digital transformation services to U.K. defense and national security agencies. It will be part of CACIs operations in the U.K.
CACI expects the acquisitions to be accretive to fiscal year 2020 and add about $3M in net income and $50M in revenue to the rest of the fiscal year.
