What Work Will CACI Perform Under the SeaPort-NxG Task Order?

The company said Monday that it will transition legacy systems to a unified, cloud-first architecture to reduce maintenance costs, improve operational efficiency and support fleet readiness.

According to CACI President and CEO John Mengucci, a six-time Wash100 Award recipient, modernizing maritime IT systems enables the Navy to make informed decisions, optimize maintenance resources and rapidly field critical capabilities needed to protect U.S. coasts. He said the company’s familiarity with Navy requirements and proven performance position it to deliver value to the mission.

CACI will apply Agile software development practices and Industry 4.0 technologies, utilizing its Agile Solution Factory framework to accelerate the delivery of capabilities at scale.

How Does the SeaPort-NxG Award Fit Into CACI’s Navy Portfolio?

The latest task order builds on CACI’s long-standing relationship with the U.S. Navy.

In recent years, the company has received multiple Navy awards tied to digital modernization, engineering support and electronic warfare. Those include a $143 million delivery order in 2025 under the Navy’s Spectral contract to provide electronic warfighting enabling kits and a potential $314 million task order in 2024 supporting engineering and modernization work at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center.
