Arlington, Va.-based technology firm ByteCubed has purchased Washington, D.C.-based creative agency CHIEF for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its information technology offerings to government and commercial clients.
Lena Trudeau, newly appointed ByteCubed CEO, said in a statement published Tuesday the company will combine its technology with CHIEFs creative team to help customers address critical challenges.
CHIEF is a woman- and minority-owned small business that provides services in marketing, branding, media, digital user experience, technology and design areas and holds spots on several contract vehicles, including the General Services Administrations IT Schedule 70 and the National Institutes of Healths Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 contract.
Established in 2010, ByteCubed provides consulting support to federal and commercial clients in the areas of science and engineering, acquisition innovation and decision support.
