Brian Davis, a former federal account manager at IBM (NYSE: IBM), has joined software company Symantec (Nasdaq: SYMC) as senior director of federal civilian sales, G2Xchange reported Wednesday.
His professional experience focused on helping customer address business challenges.
Davis most recently served as director of federal civilian sales at enterprise security company Proofpoint. Before that, he worked as federal account manager at cybersecurity firm Bit9.
Earlier in his career, he was a munitions systems specialist at the U.S. Air Force.
