The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded Boeing (NYSE: BA) a potential 10-year, $323.5 million undefinitized delivery order to provide spare parts for the U.S. Navy‘s F/A-18 and F/A-18A-F aircraft.
The sole-source order contains a five-year base period that will run through Dec. 30, 2023, along with one five-year option, the Defense Department said Monday.
DoD added the purchase will be financed with the Navy’s working capital funds from fiscal 2017 through fiscal 2023.
