ISAP is an alternative to detention program and helps individuals ensure compliance with court appearances, final court orders and release conditions using case management systems and location monitoring platforms.
The ISAP IV indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract includes GPS monitoring, community-based supervision, telephonic and in-person reporting and biometric technology monitoring services.
