Beth Skoletsky, a more than 20-year human resources executive, has joined Reston, Va.-based risk management and operational support services contractor Constellis as chief HR officer.
She will lead all HR functions and oversee the development and implementation of processes and strategy within the company, Constellis said Tuesday.
Skoletskys expertise in the human resources and ethics fields is an important addition to our company and will drive our people agenda, said Sharon Watts, chief administrative officer of Constellis.
Skoletsky brings to the company over two decades of experience in the implementation of strategic HR programs, process standardization and people development and corporate culture development.
She previously served as vice president of HR and ethics officer at management consulting firm Whitney, Bradley & Brown. She also held senior HR leadership roles at Engility and L3 Technologies, formerly L-3 Communications and now operates as part of L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX).
