Who Is Bernie Boucher?
Boucher is an industry veteran who most recently served as senior VP of business development at Boston Government Services. Before that, he spent four years as VP of business development for the Department of Defense at CACI International, where he led the $2.3 billion business and information technology sector.
The retired U.S. Army officer also held the VP of business development role at Vectrus, where he led account growth, new business pursuits and customer engagement for the IT, network communications and intelligence sector. He was with CSRA for over three years as VP of defense growth, managing accounts across the Department of Defense.
Boucher spent over five years at Northrop Grumman as senior director of business development. He also held various senior leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and IBM.
Before joining the private sector, Boucher served in the Army for over two decades.
