BAE Systems‘ U.S. subsidiary has received a five-year, $250M task order to continue helping the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency analyze full-motion videos, produce intelligence and facilitate training.
BAE Systems Inc. will also establish a performance innovation council to inform NGA officials about new FMV services and technology platforms, the company said Tuesday.
The council will support the agency™s Team GEOINT initiative, which aims to promote intelligence sharing among industry, academia, professional groups and allied countries.
œTogether, we will exchange analytic best practices with our NGA leaders and provide the agency with insights into our respective technology roadmaps to ensure our future software, platforms and sensors are designed from the start to meet their mission needs,” said Peder Jungck, vice president and general manager of BAE™s intelligence solutions business.
NGA awarded the order under the agency’s Multi-Intelligence Analytical and Collection Support Services contract.
