BAE Systems has received a potential $88M contract modification from the U.S. Army to provide long lead materials and associated parts for carrier ammunition-tracked vehicles and howitzers.
Army Contracting Command obligated the full value of the modification from “other” procurement funds for fiscal 2019, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
Work will take place in York, Pa., through Jan. 31, 2023.
The service branch issued the modification through a $134M contract awarded in 2017 to BAE’s land and armaments business.
