ASRC Federal‘s data solutions business has secured a potential five-year, $319 million to support infrastructure, applications and communication functions at NASA‘s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
NASA said Wednesday the company will also provide products and services to KSC as well as other NASA facilities at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Vandenberg Air Force Base under the firm-fixed-price contract.
Services will encompass application and data center operations, voice, imaging and data communications, multimedia, software development, research and library management, documentation and reproduction.
The Defense Department, other government agencies, contractors, academic institutions, news media organizations and space-related private entities can also access ASRC Federal products and services through the contract.
The contract contains a two-year base period along with one two-year option and an additional one option year.
