Ten small businesses have won spots on a potential five-year, $846 million contract to support business processing systems across the U.S. Army organization.
The Defense Departmentsaid Thursday the contract will run through Jan. 6, 2021, and covers enterprise resource planning services for the Army’s Enterprise System Integration Program and General Fund Enterprise Business System as well as the Army-Shared Services Center.
The Army Contracting Command received 25 offers for the program.
AESIP works to facilitate management of Army logistics and financial functions through a web-based information technology platform, while GFEBS is designed for Army personnel to access and share financial, accounting and asset data.
