Arlington Capital Partners has purchased McLean, Virginia-based human intelligence platforms and services provider Xebec Global for an undisclosed sum in a push to expand offerings for clients in the intelligence community and national security sector.
David Wodlinger, a partner at Arlington Capital, said in a statement released Monday the Washington-based private equity firm plans to make an additional capital investment in Xebec to help broaden capabilities in support of customers national security missions.
Founded in 2006, Xebec also provides information technology, training support, program development and professional services to IC and federal agencies.
The transaction coincides with Polaris Alphas acquisition of Denver, Colorado-based space systems and cloud computing services provider Solidyn Solutions.
Arlington Capital established Polaris Alpha in November 2016 following the merger of its portfolio company EOIR Technologies with cybersecurity firm Proteus Technologies and data analysis platforms provider Intelligent Software Solutions.
