Nonprofit public service research corporation Analytic Services has acquired InTec, a service-disabled veteran-owned company that offers technical and management services to the federal government.
ANSER said Thursday it made the acquisition to add systems engineering and integration, mission assurance, program management and intelligence operations support offerings in the national and homeland security and public policy segments.
Both companies are headquartered in Virginia.
“Because we were established for the purpose of public service and not for profit, we measure our success in the impact of our service,” said Steve Hopkins, president and CEO of ANSER.
“With InTec, our combined client-focused culture and innovative approach enables us to deliver to a broadened client base.”
