Analytic Services has purchasedDomain X Technologies for an undisclosed sum in a push to broaden its footprint in modeling and simulation, software engineering and defense acquisition.
“The acquisition of DXT gives us greater depth and breadth of data and information analysis particularly with regard to modeling and simulation as it is applied to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear issues, Carmen Spencer, ANSER president and CEO, said in a statement published Thursday.
Spencer noted that DXTs capability would help ANSER deliver consulting support to government clients.
Chantilly, Va.-based DXT is a woman-owned small business that provides program management, modeling and simulation and systems engineering support to federal agencies and helps clients build and deploy CBRN defense platforms throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Falls Church-based ANSER is a nonprofit public service research corporation that provides studies and analyses to homeland security, public policy and national security communities.
