Analytic Services has purchasedDomain X Technologies for an undisclosed sum in a push to broaden its footprint in modeling and simulation, software engineering and defense acquisition.
“The acquisition of DXT gives us greater depth and breadth of data and information analysis particularly with regard to modeling and simulation as it is applied to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear issues, Carmen Spencer, ANSER president and CEO, said in a statement published Thursday.
Spencer noted that DXTs capability would help ANSER deliver consulting support to government clients.
