National Defense Corp.‘s AMTEC subsidiary will supply 40mm ammunition systems to the U.S. Army under a potential four-year, $77.7 million contract.
The Defense Departmentsaid Wednesday AMTEC secured the award following an online-based solicitation process that garnered one bid and is scheduled to finish contract work Sept. 30, 2021.
The Army Contracting Command obligated the full contract amount from the military branch’s fiscal years 2015, 2016 and 2017 “other” procurement funds at the time of award.
