She will fill a board seat that became vacant when 43-year company veteran Joe Kopfman retired, American Systems said Monday.

In her current role, Braccio oversees the company’s human capital organization, community affairs and charitable programs with the goal of aligning its workforce with the corporate mission.
She previously held HR roles at World Kitchen, StarBand Communications, Sunrise Assisted Living, GTE, Contel, Eaton and National Semiconductor.
